CCS5 connect options

Hi,

I am currently using a C6678 connected to a PC (Window 7 64-bit, CCS v5.2)

When I first connected to a C6678 through debug, CCS gave me an option of what cores to select. Now when I load I no longer am presented with that option. Also, even after restarting the card, when I connect to the card via debug several cores are already loaded with programs I used previously.

How can I select the cores again? and stop programs from reloading?

Please follow the instructions provided in the MCSDK getting started guide to load the programs on selected core.

Yea, I have followed the Guide and I am using the lastest MCSDK.

After step 11 in the top link (just after I connect to the target), there are programs already loaded into cores(0 and 1) without me doing it. This is ocuring after I have restarted the device as well. Does the connect or configuration save what programs were loaded from a previous load? If so, is there a way to stop this behavior from occuring?

Hi Dan,

Please ensure to set the boot mode as "No Boot" as mentioned in Step 1. Refer below wiki.

Yes, it has been in No Boot mode.
