Just to make it clear. All my TI tools (CCSv5, SYS/BIOS etc) are under C:\TI folder (default). Will CCSv6 create for itself a separate folder inside or I shall install it to a totally different location, say C:\TI_CCS6?

yeah I would lean towards something like your idea (c:\ti_ccs6) or else something like c:\ti\v6.
