Hi,
CCS5.5 installation failed several times. My system is win8.
I have disabled the McAfee but no success.
Could anyone give me a hand? Thanks.

Try the following:
Disable firewall also and then new installation to directory with short path "C:\tinew" through right click on the setup.exe file and click on "Run as Administrator".

The above steps should solve your issue; if still you face any issue try downloading the CCS v5.5 setup.exe again.

are you using a VM type setup at all? I ask because I see two drives involved in the installation. Sometimes this causes problems is there is a permissions/antivirus issue between the two or else a connection problem.
Would you be able to clear out all your attempts, including the logs and try again all in one drive? Ie all in C:?

Sorry, I forgot to update my condition.
The installation of CCS5.5 is successful.
I indeed used virtual machine. However, even though I removed it and logs, the installation is still failed.
I think that it was perhaps related to my os (win8, 64bit). Because when I installed CCS5.5 in virtual machine(win xp,32bit), the installation suceeded .
CCS v5.5 is very well compatible with Windows 8 64bit. I don't know why it didn't work ! Anyways...
