The install log contains several network failures. I suspect something was corrupted during the download of this particular install package despite the retries I can see in the log. My suggestion would be use the large ZIP download instead of the web installer. Since the ZIP download has a CRC it would be easier to tell the content was downloaded correctly.

The large non-web installer worked great.
The install log is showing errors but I did not see any halts in the install
as before with screen messages.
