CCS dont start after update --- arm_mpu.txt

Hello,

today i checked for new updates, after install the newest compiler CCS dont wont start:

could anyone help me?

Hi Walter,

Try repairing or just use the CCS setup.exe, so that it overwrites the important files.

Hi Walter,

what exact updates did you bring into ccs?

You may or may not be getting any, but do you get any error logs (hs_err_.log ) or dump files (.dmp) generated?

Do you see this with all workspaces? One thing to try with startup issues a lot of the time is to rerun the microsoft visual c redistributable package (vcredist*.exe in the ccs folders).

Answer: Compiler update, i dont know which version..after this update i could not start, reinstall or uninstall CCS.

there was no new log file.

I deleted the TI folder, cleaned the registry and reinstalled CCS, know all is OK.

furthermore i bought a second CCS license, so the drop out time is not so large.
