Cannot rehost license

I am having problem rehosting license. Called customer support but didn't get any call back as I was told. After thos project, I am giving up on using TI, very frustrating to rehost a license, keeps on giving me error on their website

Hi,

Gautam is correct in the proceedure. The only thing I would add is that you should be sure to provide specifically the eth0 MAC address of the new pc. Another tip ... you can register 2 MAC addresses in case there is a "home" and "office" type setup you use.
