CCS 5.3 can't perform periodic save of workspace

Hello,

Yesterday I tried commiting my work and right after that CCS comes up with the error in the attached file. It's running on Windows 7 and this error has never happened before.

    Does it provide any additional information when you click on details?  It is possible that cleaning the workspace might help.  You could start ccs from the command prompt with the -clean option "ccstudio.exe -clean"
