ccs import failed

Hi Ran,

I don't seem to see any attachment.   I downloaded the zip file and could import and build it successfully.  I did find, however, I had to go into project->properties and change the runtime support library setting to automatic.

Please give that a try/provide any further details.

Hi Lisa, It is not possible to set a project properties before importing a project. My problem is that the import fails (before the build). Did you test on same CCS? I am using CCS Version: 5.4.0.00091 In the project zip file I do not see .cproject file. Best regards, Ran

I used ccsv5.5.   I imported first, yes, and did get all needed files in the zip file.   Like I mentioned, however, I did need to change the runtime support option ... done after.  So I can not reproduce this.

Hi Lisa, I did repeat the import and now it worked.. Still having issues in the build: I changed the compiler version to TI V4.1.5 and the RTS to automatic. Hi Ran,

I am not sure what to suggest except try again with a fresh workspace.  I can't reproduce this so it makes it extremely hard to try and find the cause.  Have you used v5.5?

Hi Lisa, I cannot move to CCS 5.5 I tried again without changing the compiler version but if I do not change it I cannot set the RTS to automatic. any suggestion? Best regards, Ran

I just tried with compiler v4.2.1 and did not get any errors.

I have no idea what is going on.   I just tried with two other compiler version with no issues.   I have exported an archive file you can try to bring in.   Note in the project import wizard use the archive file search option.
