can someone point me to ccsv5.5 documentation describing how to set headers and footers on source and compiler listings. I have found this in previous versions of ccs, but cannot find any hints in v5.5. I want to add date, time, compiler version no. to a header, and page numbers to the footer. This is a single user environment so I don't have code lib svcs to provide these artifacts.
