    Hello,

    That message is telling you that CCS is hanging because the OnTargetConnect GEL call is waiting for some GEL expression to evaluate and it is taking a very long time. You have the option to cancel the rest of the actions in the GEL call and continue with the target connect.

    That message usually occurs when the target is in a bad state. Try power cycling the target and try to connect again. Also check your board settings (jumpers, switches, etc) and the GEL file itself.
