Execution graph(RTA(legacy)) icon is inactive in CC5.3

hello 

earlier i was working in CC3.3 in which i am comfortable with RTA tool i.e. execution graph. But when i want to use Execution graph(RTA(legacy))  in CCS 5.3 ,that icon is inactive. How  can i use Execution graph for measuring performance of my own application?
