CCS 5.5 install problem

HI,

 I was running ccs 5.4 with no problem. But to begin a new project I tried installing CCS 5.5.I did a control panel - uninstall program of CCS 5.4 and also confirmed all the files were removed form my C drive(initial -default location installation). But somehow the installation of CCS 5.5 STALLS with error. I am including the installation. Please assist.
