CCS not finding latest ARM compiler (5.1.2 vs 5.0.7)

I am using CCS check for updates to attempt to upgrade to the latest version of the ARM compiler.  The latest available is TI v5.0.7.  My coworker running the same version of CCS just upgraded to version TI v5.1.2.  Why can I not find the 5.1.2 version in my CCS, but his found it?
