Couldnt register my code composer studio...

I finished almost my registration and this is the first time i am registering. When I enter mac address as it asks..

it says...

You have already activated an entitlement for this product. There are no additional activations allowed. If you need further assistance, Click here to contact us.

and also my computer has the address composed of eight, hexadecimal, 2 character fields separated by dashes. But it accepts only six, 2 character fields.I entered last six as the first 2 hexadecimals were 00-00

pls help...

Have you already done an extension?

There should be a link to extend another 90 days in the FAQ here

Hi,

As Guatam suggests, it is the license team at that email you need. Also a valid MAC is 12 characters (6 sets of 2) and it is specifically the eth0 address you need.

Thank you for your response.

Actually the problem was when I tried to get the license for tat 90 days extension. I suspect that some one else have already downloaded the license with my PC's mac or physical address "unknowingly" maybe. Because this was the first time I am trying to download. And when I entered my mac address as the website asks for the same to generate the license it says

You have already activated an entitlement for this product. There are no additional activations allowed.

Which I have not done already. so pls tell me what to do now.
