Code Composer V5.5 fails to install on Windows XP S2?

I am running virtual machine windows xp on mac. The installer quits displaying an error " InstallJammer registry"
not sure what this error is about and how to fix it?

Hi Sunil

two initial things to check. Any antivirus is off as well, please be sure the entire installation is kept within the VM environment. Pass the full offline install file into the VM and do everything there.

Hi Sunil,

It looks like you've hit a compatibility issue. Can you right click on the installer and run it in compatibilty mode as administrator? It seems to have fixed the msp430 install issue when other users have done that.
