How to work with more than one target in CCS

Hi,

I'm actually working with Hercules HDK and, for some test, I need to work with two of them at the same time.

If I connect both of them vis USB-Jtag I don't see a way to select wich one to debug inside CCS. There's a way to easily switch or do I need every time to disconnect USB and (eventually) restart CCS?

Hello,

Sounds like you are interested in same-type multi-emulator debug with one CCS instance. This is possible.

You need to create a target configuration first that defines both emulators and targets;

http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Multi-Emulator_Debug_with_CCSv5#Same_Type_Multi-Emulator_Configurations

Then when you start a debug session for it, all cores from both boards will be available for debug in a single debug view.
