could you please send me the 'C2000_Code_Composer_Studio_v3.3.83_full.zip' file ? If it's possible, I really appreciate because I faced with new prj. must use TMS320F28035.（xds100）。

Sent a private message with the link. Note that with CCSv4 you can use a free license with XDS100. You can just download the latest 4.x release and when you run it for the first time click the button to activate a free license that is limited to XDS100, simulator, EVM/DSK use.
