I guess the setup file might be corrupted. Why don't you try downloading the offline setup again. Maybe this might solve your problem.

Gautam
Hi Elaine,
a few comments here.
- if you don't need the older version, I would remove it. It is also never a good idea to install over an older version
- I would recommend going to the latest, v5.5 and doing a full fresh installation with antivirus disabled
Please keep us informed. If you have further issues, please send in the updated installjammer logs.
Best Regards,
LIsa

I try to install V5.5 directly. It has a message :
Reboot Pending
The installer has detected a pendinf reboot. This may cause unexpected problems during the install. Do you wish to continue?
I had restart my computer, it still had same issue
Hi Elaine,
you need to manually uninstall by simply deleting all the directory structure for ccs. I would also do this with your v5.5 attempt.
Then I would reboot and try v5.5 again with the full installer, full permissions and antivirus off.
If that fails, please send us the logs from the installjammer registry directory. You may want to clear out the current logs as well. the directory is under program files or program files (x86).
Best Regards,
Lisa
Hi Lisa,
After I deleted css folder ans reboot, it still had this message "
Reboot Pending
The installer has detected a pending reboot. This may cause unexpected problems during the install. Do you wish to continue?"
I selected "continue" and then the v5.5 had installed successfully
Thank you.
Elaine
Hi Elaine,
glad to hear and sorry for the inconvenience. All the best with development.
Best Regards,
Lisa
