Hello,
I have a project that use a virtual Disk -ie- the project directory is mapped to z: using subst command.
On CC3.3, working on Windows XP, there is no problem. But on Windows 7, I can not open the project. In the "Project Open" windows, the Z: disk is never shown. I can see it in the Cumputer Windows, under Hard Drive. So Z: does existe, but is not accesible.
I'm working on an old project that was design and build for CC3.3. To avoid any problem and retesting, i'm asking to keep CC3.3. So I can not change to newer version.
Does any body got any idea to acces virtual drive or any other solution?
Thanks, regards
Antoine
Hi Rafael,
Thanks for the answer. And yes it help! Thanks to the first link.
The subst drive was created in user mode. And CC is launch in Admin mode (doesn't work in user mode on Win7). So CC didn't see the drive (it is strange that admin can not see user device, but ok...)
So I create the subst drive using CMD launch in admin, and that is it! CC see the drive and compilation is OK!
Again, thank you!
Antoine
