Can CCS3.3 fully support C5515 ezdsp USB stick ?

Hi,

In the kit disk, it is CCS4.1 provided. But I want to develop C5515 with CCS3.3.

I have searched some time. The support website provides the example projects of CCS3.3.(http://support.spectrumdigital.com/boards/usbstk5515_v2/reva/).This post also seems Ok with CCS3.3. Therefore I thought it may OK using CCS3.3.

However, It seems that CCS3.3 doesn't support XDS100V2 in the following posts http://e2e.ti.com/support/dsp/c5000/f/109/t/47978.aspx

So can anyone tell me the exact answer whether or not CCS3.3 support C5515 ezDSP USB stick.

Hi Chunhai,

Yup, that's true. If you've XDS100v2 then CCSv3.3 does not support it; it supports XDS100v1 though ref. http://e2e.ti.com/support/development_tools/code_composer_studio/f/81/t/126137.aspx

So its better if you stick to the latest one or CCSv4.1 as provided with the kit.
