Develope 6205 with CCS5 CSL

Hi, expert:

    I am using CCS5 to develope the software for TMS320C6205. I downloaded the CSL for 6x series dsp, but I donot know where to set the chip type. I can only choose the generic 62xx, and cannot further define  6205 . Maybe I should choose low version of CCS, say 3.3?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately we at the CCS forum are not the most knowledgeable people to support CSL (the experts on the device forums are more suitable for that), although I can help with your specific question.

    If you downloaded this CSL, you have an excellent API guide available here that covers all the basics and details necessary to perform the code development. Specific to your question, I suggest reading section 1.8 of the guide above.
