RTDX 2.0 download is missing and other errata

Dear Community,

I've been pointed to using DSS via RTDX for my F28335 project.   I downloaded the RTDX 2.0 Users Guide (sprufc7) and tried to follow the examples.  Unfortunately I am stuck because the RTDX download mentioned on page 1-3 does not exist.  The documentation refers to ...

On this webpage there is no mention of RTDX but there is this entry.  I downloaded this set of tools but appears to only be XDCtools! 

RTSC / XDCtools XDCtools simplifies development and use of embedded software components that comply with the Real-Time Software Components (RTSC) initiative. The XDCtools suite includes configuration, build, documentation generation, and browsing tools.

So then the remainder of the examples within documentation do not work because I cannot properly set the RTDX_INSTALL_DIR.

I know that RTDX is part of the CCSv4 distribution but I don't think the directory tree is the same because I've tried specifying the following 4 directories as the RTDX_INSTALL_DIR but none of them work.

C:\Program Files\Texas Instruments\bios_6_20_01_41\packages\ti\rtdx
C:\Program Files\Texas Instruments\dss\DebugServer\scripting\examples
C:\Program Files\Texas Instruments\ccsv4\scripting\examples\rtdx

I'd really like to get this RTDX examples working but I'm stuck.
