Code Composer v5.5 Update Error and another bags CCSv5.5

Hello

1) I setup CCSv5.5 (offline install), and update C2000 compiler to version 6.2.4 - succesfull.

2) I try update emulation packages, but, after restart CCS, see error:

After updating error CCSv5.5 believes that all elements are installed correctly because does not display them in the list of available updates.

Prior to this project collected CCSv5.4 compiler C2000 v2.1.6, JTAG SAU510-USB Iso Plus. The project is running on the target board processor TMS320F28335. Decided to switch to CCSv5.5.
Removed CCSv5.4, drivers JTAG SAU510-USB Iso Plus.
Set CCSv5.5, new drivers SAU510-USB Iso Plus and controlSUITE supporting CCSv5.5, updated and what I can get , except for the above problemmy :

The test bus controller is not compatible with the installed software.

I ask to specify which versions CCSv 5.x and С2000 build tools configuration can now be used to complete the development of software for the specified TMS320F28x35.

Or get a recommendation on the application CCSv 5.5 - installation and tuning for bugs described.
