Error with emulator since updated to 4.02

I found a way to launch the debugger, by "bypassing" the CLA proccessor

But I do need to use the CLA...do you guys have any solution?

You need to recreate the target configuration file. When you re-use the configuration file that was generated in CCSv4.0 in CCSv4.0.2, the appropriate changes that support CLA are not being propagated properly. To force the regeneration of this configuration file, please de-select the board "Experimenter's Kit - Piccolo F28035_0"  and then select it again. Under the source tab, make sure you see a line that looks like the one below. I've attached the complete configuration file as well.

I have a similar problem (JTAG issues after V4.02). I'm using a 2808 DSP with XDS510USB, and I'm getting a "cannot write to target" error message. I'm able to connect and flash fine with CCS3.3 under the same hardware configuration.

edit: nevermind, apparently you're aware of the bug and it will be fixed in the next patch...

This particular issue is isolated to Piccolo B. Your issue seems more like the one in the thread below. Assuming it is, we are working on a patch that should be available early next week.

Cany you try the patch that just came out. Hopefully this solves the C2808 JTAG issue for you.
