I got error message when i tried to install  ccs_setup_5.2.1.00018 about uninstalled features

The install started and then stopped part way through. The error is as below:

 

Checking to see if <%EclipseDir%>/downloads/.ijrunning.txt exists

    Hi Hany,

    first, I would very strongly recommend the latest version, v5.5.  I would clean out your attempted installation first, and no matter what version, ensure antivirus is disabled.

    THen, if you still have errors please send the isntallation logs from the installjammer registry directory.  It is located under program files or program files (x86) and may be hidden.
