ARM TI v4.6.3 Code Generation Tools Download

Where can I find the v4..6.3 ARM code generation tools? When I go the Software Update route in CCS, the only version that is offered is v4.9.3. I have the Show latest version box unchecked. The verison of code composer is 4.2.4.00033. I need this for some legacy code.

Thank you the article was helpful. It did lead me to more versions of the code generation tools. Not the v4.6.3 though. So maybe the v4.6.3 is a patch to another version I don't know. The next oldest was v4.5.2 which I installed and then tried the update thing thinking it would maybe give the patches to update v4.6.3, but that wasn't the case. So if I have anymore options or not.
