Read access error

I am writing a program using a 2D array, it works fine till 76*76 size but above that run time error appears " read access error". I am working with C6747 device cycle simulator. Is the problem with .cmd file? Please explain how to define different memory and does GEL file need to be changed when changing memory? Can DDR2 be used while simulation?

I was able to solve the problem by changing memory assigned to .stack in cmd file.
