CCSv5 upgrade to C2000 cgt 6.2.4

I'm currently using CCS 5.4.0.00091 with C2000_cgt_6.1.6 installed. When I check for updates for C2800 compiler tools, ccs answers "No update were found". But in fact, current C2000 compiler version is 6.2.4.

So I tried to download 6.2.4 installer file "ti_cgt_c2000_6.2.4_setup_win32.exe" and launch it.
Installation seems to work well but finally CCSv5 do not recognize it and still continue to compile using 6.1.6 version.

How to upgrade CCSv5 to use last compiler version 6.2.4 ?
