Hi all.

I'm using the UniFlash v3.0&2.4.
I can write to TMS320F2812 FLASH using the XDS100 and XDS560.
However, I can not write using the XDS200.
Do you know the problem does not work for XDS200?

As a supplemental explanation, I was able to write with the XDS200 in another PC.

Hi FSSer,

Feels like a driver issue. Try uninstalling the XDS200 drivers and reinstalling them.

Could you post the error messages you get when the flashing failed?

Also, you mentioned you can flash the device on another PC, are you using UniFlash on the other PC as well? If your software platform is identical on another PC, then most likely it is indeed a driver issue.

I tried re-installing the tool, but did not Flash write.

Did you try unlocking the device with the same tool and then program.

I have not tried unlocking the device.
But it is possible to write in XDS100, the device is not locked.

Yup, sorry for that! Can you perform a JTAG integrity test for XDS200 ? Its present in CCS v5 under Target configuration Menu -> Test Connection. Do paste the results.

From the error message, this is not a JTAG issue, you don't have to do the test connection.

You mentioned you have two computer, one managed to write the device with xds200 and one did not? This seems to be a flash issue, I would think you gonna get that on all computers if it is indeed a problem with the setup.

Please send the file you are trying to load to v-yang@ti.com and I will try to reproduce the error.
