convertion int to char

Hi.

In my program, i need to convert a int to char. I've been trying the fuction itoa, but it doesn't work.

I'm using CCS 5.4, can anyone help me ?

Hi,

The TI compiler does not have a itoa implementation (nor its siblings atoi, atof, etc.)

That does not mean you can't create one yourself. Check it here.

Which compiler are you using? If it's a C6000 compiler you have ltoa defined in stdlib.h (I don't know about the other compilers).

_CODE_ACCESS int ltoa(long val, char *buffer);

Yes, as Johannes has mentioned you can find this function under stdlib.h

Just don't forget to include "stdlib.h" in your main.c
