Building NDK 2_0_0 with CC 3.3...

The linker is complaining about these three symbols:

_OEMCacheClean

_OEMSysCritOff

_OEMSysCritOn

building for DSK6455.

Where are these functions defined?

I found all three of them in the file

ndk_2_1_0\packages\ti\ndk\src\os\oscrit.s62

so you will hopefully find them at a similar path for your installation.
