Is there a setting for the maximum file name length in CCS 3.3?

I have a customer who is running into the 14 character file name limitation described at http://www-k.ext.ti.com/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBCGI.EXE/,/?St=28,E=0000000000015946720,K=1855,Sxi=3,Case=obj%2823370%29.  The name is truncated in the symbol browser, and he cannot set breakpoints in the file.  However, when I use a long file name in CCS 3.3.38.2, the full file name is displayed, and I'm able to set breakpoints.  Is there a configuration setting to control the maximum file name length?
