RTDX problem between MatLab & CCS.

Dear,

           I am working on 6713 dsk platform in CCS 3.3 with real signal(10 Hz to 4 KHz) & interfacing with MATLAB-7 through RTDX. MATLAB is used to view the real output in matlab graphical window.

During processing,  total run time depend on MATLAB  programing loop. In my interfacing system, CCS & dsk are operated by MATLAB through RTDX. some time when  i run the matlab same code, it run rapidly(approx 100 time than normal) & show in matlab graphical view window with previous output. For every time, when run matlab code, it reset dsk & CCS automatically . If i manually reset the dsk kit, it does not solve the problem. But this problem solve automatically  after few sec/min.

I can't understand, why it show this type of behavior some time.

If any body know the solution about my problem, kindly response me

    I am trying to run matlab code in  DSP Processor (DSK 6713,CCS 3.3) but till now i have not got any way to solve it.so please kindly help me.I have gone through LInk CCS in MATLAB but understood a little.MY aim is to execute Neural network in DSP Processor.
