CCS 3.1 Message Log error: "*** ERROR: 0xffffffff 0xffffffff ***"

I'm new to CCS and DSPs in general. When I'm debugging some SW in CCS 3.1 I get the following message in the Message Log window:

"*** ERROR: 0xffffffff 0xffffffff***"

I've searched Google and the TI forums but I couldn't find anything useful. Does anyone have experience with this? Is it something that I should worry about/fix? I think it has something to do with RTDX and not the DSP SW that I'm debugging (but that's just a guess).
