Hi,
in my company, we purchased 3 CCSv4 licenses shortly before CCSv5 was released, so I believe all of them were eliglible for a free upgrade to CCSv5.
However, only one of them was converted in time. For the others, it seems I should see an "Upgrade license" button or so when clicking on "Manage" in myRegistered Software, but I only see an option which allows me to get the existing CCSv4 license. Now this is mentioned in the mail I get:
-- If you have already purchased CCStudio v4 for TI MICROCONTROLLERS, and have a valid subscription:
- In late November or early December 2011, you will receive a copy of TMDSCCS-ALL v5 at no cost to you.
- During the coming days, watch for an email from myRegistered_Software@list.ti.com
- This product supports all TI embedded processor families (except C24x/F24x).
- You will receive the equivalent CCStudio license that you purchased for v4 (ie: N01D, N01, F03, etc.).
However I can't find such a mail from December 2011, and of course by now our subscription has expired.
Is there any way we can get the upgraded licenses we still should be able to get?
