I have a
Logicpd Omap3530 zoom kit
CCS 3.3
Greenhills Multi iDE and probe.
Blackhawk 510L
Running Threadex on Arm side.
Arm side folks have been using the GHS suite and no its time to add the dsp code. CCS and Blackhawk work great for the dsp standalone.
But now I have to load/run/debug both sides. I was told by someone (cant recall now where) that the process is something like Load Arm with GHS-probe, start it, let it load DSP though PROC_Load, etc. and have the DSP end up at a spinning loop of long duration or some known spot. then break, load symbols only through CCS.
But I cant find details on this process.
I believe the blackhawk can load and debug the Arm. Is it simpler (possible) to just do it all from that side if I can get Arm executables over to there. Will CCS understand symbols from Multi?
Anybody have experience with the multicore debugging?
