Instal and update CCS5 ports

I'm trying to instal CCS 5 but when I try to install CCS 5 can't download the needid files.

When i use the same laptop at home it does work. Sow the ports of downloading are closed add my company.

Wenn I use the laptop for updates add my work and it has the same issue.

That is why I wan't to know what ports is CCS5 is using for downloading updates?

Hi,

I guess your office firewall is blocking CCS download sites. Its just that you'll have to request your company's IT person to unblock www.ti.com and all its subsets. This should solve your issue.

Hi Ralf,

I agree with Gautam, your proxy/antivirus or something in the work environment seems to be blocking things.

Do you download the full offline installer?

Did you try the link in the email?
