Compatibility CCS 5.3 with Matlab R2012b?

Hello

I am having some trouble implementing CCSv5.3 in Matlab 2012b.

I am using the command xmakefile to configure Matlab but it doesn't work. After setting up and clicking OK I type the command checkEnvSetup ('ccsv5', 'F28035','check'). But it seems it doesn't work. The following shows up:

1. CCSv5 (Code Composer Studio)

Are there any compatibility issues known with these versions? Or am I doing it wrong?

I have been trying for hours. But I just can't get it run.
