CCS v4 Debugging

Is there an equivalent to the CCS v3.3 Load Program.. menu option in CCS v4? How do you load .out files for debugging in the IDE in v4? I assume there is a way to create a project that only has an executable file(.out) somehow for debugging?

After starting a debug session, check the 'Target' menu and select 'Load Program'

Thanks for the responses. Hidden in plain sight. Now that the debugger is up and running, is there a way to debug DSP/BIOS projects in CCS v4?
