How do I setup Code Composer Studio v4 to compile PADK-Professional Audio Development Kit projects written for Code Composer v3.3?

I've been working with Code Composer Studio v3.3 to develop applications to run on my PADK-Professional Audio Development Kit C6727 DSP board and I have recently started using Code Composer Studio v4, but I can't seem to compile projects that once worked in CCS v3.3 even after using the conversion option to make them CCS v4 compatible.  I also, can't seem to configure the target configuration file correctly so that Code Composer v4 with communicate with the PADK.  Is there something I'm missing?
