I have still the same problem

download doesnot start

I successfully downloaded the complete DVD of CCS v4.1.3.

I also wanted the update for CCS v4.1.2 for backup, but when I attempted with the sent link (I tried this twice, the second time after 3 days) I get download complete message.

In a couple of weeks I will want the update for CCS v4.1.3.  Will I be able to?

Is this a cookie issue?

The patch update for 4.1.3 is not yet available (only the full DVD image is available). The patch update will be available in a few weeks.

Hello,

I am having the same problem downloading the latest full DVD version of CCS 4.  I have received a link but it does not work.  I get the same message as the first poster, where it says that it is downloading but the download does not begin.

I have already emailed ti_sw_exportapproval@list.ti.com with no response, and I have read the CCS Forum Guidelines & FAQ.

The export control people won't be able to help as you didn't fail the export control screening.  We have been having some mirroring issues with the download links  I will send you a link to try in a private message (it will come in the form of a friend request).

I am having the same problem. The download never starts. I tried two different browser, computers, network. Browser security allows download as well as pop-up. Still download does not start.

I just tried both the download buttons on the page and the 4 links in the table for CCS5.4 and all of them worked for me.

Do you get through the export control form ok?  If so it will send you an email afterwards as well.  Did you get an emal from "ti_software@list.ti.com" with a subject "TI SOFTWARE DOWNLOAD: APPROVED"?

After filling out the form, I got the message on screen which says that 'export approved, please click on the Download button'. But I did not get any email.

I got the link from TI Software Delivery Team when I informed them that I did not receive any mail with link. That link lead to me the same link as mentioned in previous post.

Check your junk/spam folder.  Every time you go through that form it sends an email to the email address associated with your MyTI account.  The email will have a download link in it that you can try if the download button is not working.

I checked all my mail folders including SPAM/JUNK, I never got any mail.

I will send you a private message with a download link.  There should be a friend request in your inbox now
