Cannot install CCSv6 under Windows7

I try to install CCSv6 (6.0.0.00190) on my Windows7 machine. Neither the web nor the offline installer works. The offline installer just shows a console window and an empty window:

The web installer starts with downloading and unzipping jre_1.6.0_13.zip (anti-virus software is disabled).

eclipse_core_4.3.0.rtm_4_candidate.zip is downloaded. It seems that the unzip fails:

Can anyone help me?

Michael,

You should have log files in the installdir folder (e.g. c:\ti\ccsv6\install_logs*). Please zip the folder(s) up and post them here. I'll take a look and see what's going on.

Downloading of 6.0.0.00190.zip fails.

Seems to be a problem with my windows 7 installation.

I tried the installation my notebook (win7 too) and everything is alright.

In the next step I copied the complete ccsv6 folder from my notebook to my workstation.

And.... CCSv6 is running!

Hi Akshay,

You're having problems downloading files as it's timing out. Please download this version and try your installation, make sure you clean out the F:/cc/ccsv6 folder completely before starting the install.
