GEL files definitions ?

Hi,

I am using CCS v3.3.81.6 and want to know if there is a .pdf anywhere on TI's website which describes / defines the GEL command language ? I am aware of the section on GEL in the help file but am specifically after the info in a .pdf format if that exists ? (Because help files are completely hopeless to find your way about in and can't easily be printed off etc).

This link could be a good starting point. But for detailed usage you may have to refer "Help" section.

Maybe you can search the equivalent document in CCS installation folder.

Hi Mike,

GEL is well documented in the online help that ships with CCSv3.3. Just type in "GEL" in the Help GUI index tab.

I replied too quickly. I just realized that you are already aware of the GEL information in the CCS help. That is the best GEL documentation available.

But I can't find the GEL document in online help that ships with CCSv4.2. That mean I have to find CCSv3.3 and setup it?

Is GEL obsoleted in CCSv4.2 or later?

GEL is supported in CCSv4 and is documented in the on-line help that ships with it.
