I install ccs_setup_linux32.bin to ubuntu64, Installation log shows the installation was successful,but not to create a desktop shortcut(I choose it),I couldn't open the CCS, but I can open the Eclipse and use it. What should I do?

Can you please zip up all the bitrock*.log files in /tmp and post them here? I'll take a look at what's going on and let you know.

it's complaining that the "administrator" user doesn't have a desktop folder and it's unable to create one.
Unable to create shortcuts in ~administrator/Desktop/: directory does not exist
Problem creating shortcuts in ~administrator/Desktop/
If you want shortcuts, try:
Create the folder ~administrator/Desktop/
Rerun the installer in the same directory where you have your install, don't select any more components, and let the installer complete.
