ccsv6 app center can't find the keystone II simulator

Hi Champions,

According to the following link http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/CCSv6_Changes#Simulation description, we could install the simulator for keystone II device at app center, but I can't find it in app center, how to install it? Thank you very much.
