how to change TCLK in CCS5.5 for XDS200

hi there,

Can you please guide me how can i change or lower the JTAG TCLK .. i am using CCS5.5 version with XDS200 emulator.. Its quite urgent for now.

i am facing the following issue in logs with my setup ..

CS_DAP_PC: Error connecting to the target: (Error -5010 @ 0x1) Unable to access the DAP. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK). (Emulation package 5.1.232.0)
