The Floating License version of CCS v4

Hi,

CCS v4 have many license version

I interest in the floating license of CCS v4. I  know that floating license of CCS v4 is networks version.  
I wanna use the floating license 3 user. 

if I have one Server computer and five client PC installed CCS v4, Can I use the floating license 3 user version?

Only three user will use the CCS v4 and three client PC have access to the licensed server computer ( five client PC installed CCS v4)  . Is the floating license 3 user Version availabe?
