csl.h, csl_xbus.h, csl_irq.h missing in TMS320C6203 project

Hi all,

I am using CCS Version 4.1.0.02006 to which I am migrating a CCS 2.20 project (creating a new project, not importing).

When building, the compiler complains that the following files cannot be found:

csl.h, csl_xbus.h, csl_irq.h

I thought I would have to add an include path but these files do not exist in the TI directory at all! When installing I selected "C6000 DSPs" only but every box after that was selected.

Has there been a paradigm shift from 2.20 to 4.xx meaning some significant porting is required now for the code or is this (hopefully) something much simpler?

Ken,

CCSv4 might not necessarily come with the same code examples than CCS2.2, specially for the older DSPs. You can copy those files from the place you had them before or just point to them so the compiler can find them.

CCSv4 doesn't ship with the Chip Support Library package. When migrating a project it tries to setup paths to find CSL in your CCSv3.3 install (this may not work for CCSv2.2).
