I do not have Flash Setting In Debug Configuration (CCSv5)

I installed CCSv5 Version : Version: 5.5.0.00077  today . 

If you look at the attached picture Right Side shows what i have on my machine 

 and Left Side shows what i should have got after installation. So Clearly i am missing Flash Settings on my machine.

Could you please help me because i need "Flash Settings" on my machine as soon as possible.

It would be great if you can email me and assign one of your  technical support employee .
