I never heard of this board, but given its specs indicate it contains both a C66x (Keystone) and a C6A8167 (Integra), it should be possible to use a XDS100v2 and its more advanced siblings (XDS200, XDS510, XDS560, XDS560v2, etc.).

However, you must contact the board manufacturer to gather information on how to properly configure CCS and connect to these devices. For example, they will know if both devices are in the same JTAG scan chain, if there is another device (such as the Lattice FPGA) also in the same chain, etc. Also, any information about jumper/switch settings that allow a JTAG emulator to properly connect to the devices are critical.
